Competitive programs range in age and level and across multiple disciplines.

We offer programming in Mens and Womens disciplines of gymnastics at levels ranging from pre-competitive programs and up. Our competitors compete under the Xperience name at competitions and function with support of the Upper Valley Gymnastics Club.
